As a Neapolitan, his priority food was and still it is pizza.The first time he ate peppered mussels, he was 4 years old and therefore he began to sip wines and to discover, study and evaluate Italian wines, which became his most important task. Michael has been writing since he was in elementary school where he and friends wrote the adventures of Charley the Chipmunk and his rubber band airplane. Through high school he was involved in publishing his school's literary magazine when not running track. At college, besides publishing in the alternative newspaper, he won the school's short story contest. Lately he has been a finalist many times in the Pacific Northwest Writers Association literary contest. As a lover of wine, the chance to also bring his writing skills to the table for WineLineRadio and WineLineTV has been very welcome.
